Sam Bankman-Fried Extradition to the US

The New York Post reports that SBF, the former CEO of bankrupt cryptocurrency exchange FTX, has signed paperwork for the extradition process, citing Doan Cleare, attorney at Fox Hill Prison.

SBF will appear in court tomorrow morning to continue the extradition process.

SBF will face an indictment in the US by the Southern District of New York, which includes charges of money laundering and conspiracy to electronic fraud.

The SBF’s request for bail was denied in the Bahamas. The former CEO of FTX will likely make a similar request in the US.
